Woops

I stand corrected.

The Ulster County Handspinner's Guild has participated in Fleece to Shawl competitions plenty of times.

Some wild misunderstanding on my part.

Some of the many fine things about participating are getting to try out this sleek little Louét Victoria. That baby sets up in a hot second and spins beautifully. Many thanks to K. for trusting me with her machine.

Another fine thing is getting to meet other spinners up in this beautiful part of the world. The view from the fair grounds and the Wool Room is mighty fine.

I am a sock machine. Not that I churn them out, no, but in the way I wear them, multiple pairs at a time when on location, with toe warmers. Love me some wind chill. Warm ankles go a long way towards happiness.
